Description
The paved alley behind 3rd Ave N between 23rd and 24th slants markedly south and empties directly into backyard. The alley paving needs to be smoothed out, perhaps with a lip on sides, so rain events do not cause flooding of north facing backyards.
The silt now filling the pool is black and fine and does not filter out. Driveway Pavers (grey) are of the highest permeability available. Recent sewage line work appears to have made it worse. Please address this issue. Thank you
