  Code Inspector M Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #15830953 on 1/05/2024 for a trash screening complaint located at 1107 Thomas Jefferson Way. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed a recycling bin and a pile of garbage stored in front of the garage in the driveway that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 9.14(a)(1) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 1/18/2024 at 1107 Thomas Jefferson Way regarding a trash screening violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed the large pile of garbage that was located by the garage has been removed and is out of public view however the recycling bin has been moved over to the right side of the house and is still in public view a certified letter will be sent to the property owners.
