New Year's day, early 3:30 a.m. or so. I awoke because of noise at the front of my house. Young people slamming car doors, yelling, pushing. This went on for about ten minutes before they took off in two cars. Definitely not from our community. Could we request Ellicott City P.D. to cruise our community once in a while?
