Description

The parking lot inside of the complex of Highland Heights Apartments has major potholes and has been this way for months. When coming down the driveway to get to building 140 the potholes are bad, there are about 3 to 4 deep potholes that will tear your car apart and seems that no one that runs the complex care to have this repaired.
