Thank you for your report of issues with the house on this property. We cannot find any evidence that work is being completed on the home without a permit. If there are other concerns with this property please contact the Planning & Economic Development Department. The issue has been resolved and closed.

Do they have a permit they stripped the garage took out the chimney . does that not need a permit to do so.

Well do they have a permit , they tore the siding off the garage, took the overhang off the house and removed the chimney. removed a toilet and sink .

Thanks for the follow up. The requirement for a building permit is normally reserved for when repairs are made to a home or building when the repair work exceeds $500 in value. Removal of items will not always qualify. We will continue to monitor and require a permit when repair work begins.
