Abutting property owner listed on SDAT is "Brightfield IV Homeowners Association".

Thanks for noting that this is Brightfield's responsibility. Do you have any contacts where you could request thiey clean this up? Since I'm in Willowood, I have none of their information. As of today, the issue still exists. In fact, I can tell there is a lot of mud and clay under the leaves, so this is going to take more than raking to fix. It should also be noted that this mess blocks a handicap ramp at a crossing of Wesley (see photo).
