Description

The intersection of South Ashley and West Jefferson should be made a four-way all-stop intersection. There are two blind spots. First, cars driving north on South Ashley don't stop and cannot be seen due to closeness of former Carter's garage which is very close to the street. Cars driving down south on S, Ashley are not visible because of the wide tree and shrubs on the corner residential property on W. Jefferson.
