We have CCTV footages the sewer line beneath this property on 12/20/2023. There is no issues or defects found within the pipe. I am forwarding to our pavement team to repair the sidewalk.

CSR met with stormwater Mr. Kelty at location who probed the location and will review with supervisor about area. The area appears to have had a 811 called in past for what appears to be a duke energy pole that was installed in the area.
CSR 3 explained situation with property owner and that we will attempt to reach out to frontier communications also.
