  All of our work areas carry a 1 year warranty from date of completion. Areas where work took place are routinely evaluated during that period and warranty repairs are sent to the contractor as needed.

  For example, grass that might not appear to be seeded at the moment may emerge in the spring. If that doesn't happen, the contractor will be sent back to the area for further attention.
