Hello Deb,
We have 100% design plans for the Madison Avenue Non-Motorized project that we hope to advertise in December or January pending our WSDOT Local Programs sign-off of the package. We hope to begin construction in spring. A crosswalk improvement at the Dana's Trail outlet to Madison across to Sakai Park is incorporated in to the design.
