Thanks Karen, The only solution to this issue is a hard surface that won’t be torn up by the big city trucks. This alley was just rebuilt maybe 3 month ago. With the same type of resolution by the city this corner will be destroyed again. Please put in a hard surface just on the corner. The rest of the alley is fine.

My neighbor 2 houses down from mine on the 46th Ave side has spread some crushed shells in the alley. The shells were spread in front of his property and the next property closer to my house. I wanted this information known so the city could @#$% the best way to handle the initial request to fix this corner. I’ve advocated for a hard material as to maintain the integrity of the corner when the big city trucks (sanitation & recycle) dig up this corner each time they come through. Maybe more shells is the answer, Not sure. Our goal as neighbors on this corner is to once and for all have the city build this corner in a way to maintain its integrity so the big city trucks can come through and not destroy the work the city puts in to maintain this corner, along with the quagmire it creates during the rainy summer months.
