346 State st does not disappoint with its large display of overflowing trash bins filled to the rim. The scents evoke a beautiful fall day.

Clearly the owner of this multi family building loves their community and cares for the tenants.

Perhaps investing in daily trash pick up would help their daily overflowing trash?
