Description

At the main entrance to Valley Bend shopping center as you are traveling N/NW on Carl T Jones, the left turn signal is cycling approx. every 30-40 seconds despite no cars turning left into Valley Bend. It has been messed up for about three weeks and is very frustrating for S/SE traffic to be stopped early mornings when no vehicle is turning left. Thanks.
