Nathaniel-thank you for reaching out to us with this. I will forward your request to our Alleyway Maintenance Team for action. Please be aware, that while the City maintains the right of way, the vegetation on the perimeter of the alley falls to the abutting property owner. Between City servicings, it is incumbent on those living on- this alley to cut the grass and remove errant vegetation. Please refer to Section 16.40.060.3.1 of the City's Municipal Code should you or your neighbors have any additional questions or concerns. Otherwise, we will address this alley as staff and resources allow.
