Is there any ordinance that can be applied to get the new owner of 30 Main St. to mow the grass and weeds? It's a shame that a property at the entrance to the business section of the city presents such an awful introduction to the Five Corners.

问 What is the nature of this issue?
答 Severely overgrown grass between street and sidewalk/parking area. Very tall weeds along Ivy Lane side of property. The back looks absolutely terrible. And the old van out front attracting graffiti doesn't help any.
