Sidewalk puddles are evaluated during the year when the ground is not frozen. To determine where year-round drainage issues occur. Under full-funding, puddles will begin to be evaluated during winter months to address maintenance as well as drainage issues. - Per the sidewalk policy as presented to DPW Commission.
