I am the home owner of 4210 Midvale Avenue, Oakland, CA 94602. I hereby request to have a street lamp pole to be installed. This is a high traffic area and this corner here is completely dark.

In addition, my neighbor and my car had been broken into twice in the last 3 years. Please conduct a site survey and install the lamp pole when you can. Thank you.
