Mike-thank you for bringing this to our attention. It's not uncommon for surfaces on the right of way-the roadway, curb, sidewalk, etc.-to settle over time creating low spots where water can pool. I've forwarded the issue to our Pavement Maintenance Team for action. Again, thank you for reaching out!
