1. Sidewalk easement is 10ft by city code and is never enforced.
2. Parking Department ignores sidewalk code as long as there is 6ft of room between cars and curbs.
3. Parking Department only gives the Fire Department 6ft of room on a sidewalk.
4. Driveway does not extend past front door of property; car is parked illegally on the sidewalk.
5. Parking Department and Zoning refuses to write warnings; because, both departments would have to cite everyone who violates the 10ft sidewalk easement code.
6. Neither department wants to do their job as described by their contract with the city.
7. Property owner is stealing money from the Parking Department by not purchasing a Driveway Permit.
8. Mayor Stevie is running for governor, why should Team Fulop care about neighborhood preservation?
9. Hope there is no fire at that address, not sure how the Fire Department will gain access to residence to extinguish a fire, with a car obstructing access to the front door.

Can the city come and instate the original driveway lines. The owner is calling the parking authority and giving out tickets, after the new lines are drawn.

The property owner has stopped parking 2 cars in the driveway, but I believe he is waiting for everything to cool down, and go back to the old ways. Unless the driveway lines don't go to the original position, we will always keep an eye on him... neighborhood watch.

You reply Mr Warren, to my request is just that you noted my complaint, but I don't see you putting any updates, what are you doing about the problem at 492 liberty Ave. Because you allowed the extension of the driveway for the owner convince, you gave him the license to make the residence inconvenient, if the residence car is even a little bit on the white line he is calling cops and out a tickets, he has called cops on many of the residences, also he is leaving Note on peoples cars, he called the cops on me and issued the ticket, this never happened before, Mr Warren you created the monster now you fix it, or the residence have no choice but approach the Mayor or your supervisor. Ms. Patel. Please redrawn the parking line to the original, also because of the line we lost one parking and he gained one, if we park there he has a problem, he uses this to his advantage and Parkes his own car. It's like you gave him a parking spot on the public street specifically reserved for him.
