Duke Energy reports this street light was repaired on 8/10/2023.

Looks like I used an incorrect photo and pole number attached with my initial issue creation, sorry.
The streetlight is very much still missing and out as a result. So this is not fixed.

The pole number is actually EA91 BK. This pole is alongside the lake across the street from 204 Longview Lake Dr. The light fixture is laying on ghe ground at the base of the pole.

I am uploading a new photo showing the number on the pole.
