The storm that came through on the eve of 8/7/23 blew the street light off the pole onto the ground. It’s not that the light is out, it’s just gone!

Some lovely person left a large tarp loaded with yard waste/branches in the road. It is nicely (and dangerously) blocking about half of the street, right at a sharp bend in the road, forcing drivers to have to go into oncoming traffic as they go around it.

This streetlight across from Upper Longview Lake is out (again).
This streetlight is connected to the one further east, at the sharp bend in Longview Lake Dr., and that light is also out.
My guess is that several lights are out because they share a common power line. This line has been knocked out before, and it was just a couple of months ago that this light was out and was repaired. I believe this is the third time in 3 years I've reported it being out.
In addition to it being unsafe at night because it's incredibly dark along this stretch of road, but people are also now using it as an opportunity to stop and fire guns into the lake and woods, which is a HUGE concern and safety issue. Please resolve this quickly.
Thanks for your previous repairs on this light, and sorry to submit yet another report for it.

The outlet for Upper Longview Lake is blocked with debris and is now underwater, which is causing the water level on the lake to be very high. Believe it or not, under this debris is the outflow grate for the lake, and with it blocked like this I estimate the lake is about 2 feet higher than normal.
It's not clear who is responsible to keep this clear, but since this is impacting water drainage and flow, I wanted to let the city know.
Additionally, I'm noticing some water seepage into my yard (204 Longview Lake Dr.), and I believe that it's due to the higher-than-typical water level, which is seeping through the dam/road. When the lake is normal level, this does not occur.
If clearing the drain is the responsibility of the HOA that owns the land around the lake, please apply appropriate pressure on them to fix this asap and to keep this drain cleared. We don't need more flooding problems from the lake.
    Thank you!

This streetlight is out again. I reported it out a couple years ago and you fixed it (yay!), but it's out again (boo).
This streetlight itself is along the road which is the dam for Upper Longview Lake, and is between my home at 204 Longview Lake Dr. and the next house to the south-east of me (130 Longview Lake Dr.) The picture is the pole number.
I followed the power supply line for it back, and it looks like the power lines, including a power pole, have been knocked down by some fallen trees and branches up the street, along the sharp curve in the street, near the outlet for the lake.

the drain at the NW corner of Chatham and Bertie is clogged and slow to drain. It's right where the bus stop is also. Water eventually will drain but it takes several hours.

There are two street lights that need attention: on the west side of the street from 204 Longview Lake Drive. The light itself is working, but is totally overgrown with vines and so shows little light at night. and further down the property of 204 Longview Lake Drive, It is not working at all.
