There is trash, hay and debris at 17 Essex Ave from the December storms that needs removal. It is killing off the marshland grasses that are consumed and covered by it! We have reported this to 3 different departments for months and nothing has been done! This all needs to be removed as it’s destroying the marshland/conservation and wildlife area. Also at 17 & 19 Essex Ave there is trash, wood and hay that washed up from the December storm. It is destroying the marsh grasses. We have been requesting this all be removed for months with no action. It is affecting the conservation/marshes and grasses that are being covered by it. These poles have been there for a couple of years now. The electric and phone company both denied ownership. These are an environmental hazard and need to be removed. Thank you for your attention to this.
