Zarah-thanks so much for reaching out to us. This water body is unique in that part of it lies within a parcel owned and maintained by the City of St. Petersburg, while the eastern extent falls within the parcel owned by the Diocese of St. Peterburg. I'm forwarding this request to our Stormwater Environmental Services Team to determine the appropriate course of action. Please check back with SCF for all updates and new information related to the request. Again, thank you.
