Thanks so much for reaching out to us with this. As mentioned by our Community Service Rep, the broken pavement and lowered area adjacent to the road surface are both the responsibility of the homeowner. I've forwarded this request to our Sign and Markings Team to ensure the road is restriped, but we recommend contacting our Code Compliance Assistance Department if you believe the adjacent property owner is violating St. Petersburg's Municiple Code. Again, thank you!
Chris
