Description
This area always floods even with a little rain. This photo was taken hours after the rain had stopped. Concern is when it’s a major downpour, damage can be done. The pooling of water also allows mosquitoes to breed.

Val-thank so much for reaching out with this. From your photo, it appears there are several depressions along in the alley paralleling the wastewater line below. I'm forwarding this to my peers in Wastewater to ensure no issues exist with the line or soil around it. If we fix the surface materials without finding the root cause of the depressions, we may be having this same conversation in six-months. Again, thank you.

Val-our peers and the Water Resources Department have evaluated the subsurface lines here to ensure the depressions aren't indicative of a deeper maintenance issue. This request is going to our Pavement Maintenance Team for action.
