Since the bike lanes have been added, the drive lanes are difficult to drive on due to the asphalt seam now being in the right lane of traffic. It causes vehicle tires to be caught in the groove and move the vehicles side to side. Needs repaired as it's difficult to control your vehicle.

Is this ever going to be fixed? It’s causing cars to drift to the right side of the lane to avoid them, often putting them into the bike lane when they’re in the right lane.

Definitely needs resurfacing!

Thank you for contacting us. The location on Packard and Platt has been serviced by staff. Public Works staff will visit the location and fill potholes when reported. However, the overall condition of the pavement is such that it will be included on our list to evaluate for potential future street resurfacing.
