This is the creek off of Caswell road at Cumberland rd The creek runs from Estes and the Crow Branch all the way to Bolin Creek at the greenway It is normally clear enough to let my dog drink from it
However now the construction on Estes drive is putting massive amounts of clay runoff onto this creek and polluting the water and depositing sediment that will lead to future erosion The construction is not sufficiently managing runoff

While the rain has Ben heavy recently, Bolin Creek is now clear again, whole this creek remains muddy

OWASA should address this
