Paul-I found the old requests for this issue. They both reflect as closed upon completion, however by both your photo, and a simple search of Google Street View, it's evident the work was never performed. For that I'm genuinely sorry. I assure you this is NOT how the Stormwater, Pavement, and Traffic Operations Department conducts business; the individuals who were responsible for providing such blatantly false information have left the Department and we now place transparency and accountability above all else. I'm providing this request directly to our Pavement Maintenance Manager to address. Again, my apologies and thank you.
