This illegal single family conversion to a rented 3 family - which is an extreme fire hazzard is doing all the following:

Attracting rodents by storing garbage on porch for weeks at time.

Storing this gross rug for two weeks out front.

Leaving garbage in their driveway and all over their lawn and steps for critters to eat. It’s so gross to come out to rats….

Also, their weeds and trees are so over grown.

Can someone do something about this? It’s driving down the value of the homes here.
