New Grass and top soil was completed by Howard County public works when they installed a new drain down my easement. When BGE came into install a new power pole, they destroyed my yard for 60 yards with their machines. Holes, tracks, etc. Very unsafe and has ruined my side yard.

If public works is going to go onto someone's property, they should leave the land in the same way it was found.
