The excavator license on-line portal is active on the website but according to staff, it is no longer used for licensing (or any other purpose) and entries are not tracked or followed-up by the City. Also, the phone number listed on same page is non-responsive.

Provide appropriate contact information and forms for submitting an excavator license application.
