FYI, this looks like it could be pretty bad. Effectively it is a foot sized hole that has no bottom. And it's pretty easy to imagine that the area around the hole at the surface is lose and could collapse downward too. It should get attention ASAP. Thanks.

It still hasn't been fixed. And it seems like the kind of thing you'll want to get fixed before the ground freezes and snow covers over the hole leaving a place for a foot to go through without knowing it.
