It is my understanding that Sarasota City and County no longer subscribes to the SeeClickFix app.
It is also my understanding that the County now uses the 311 procedure which can be access via the County's Home website at https://www.scgov.net -- see the right side of that page.
I suggest you resubmit your complaint via that process.
