SW corner again not clearing snow.

Thank you for alerting us to this sidewalk issue. The city is closing currently outstanding sidewalk-clearing issues submitted prior to March 16, 2015, as the onset of warmer weather has melted almost all the snow and ice. As winter 2014-2015 has been our first experience with the new A2 Fix It reporting system, we would like to remind everyone to be as detailed as possible when submitting sidewalk-clearing issues. Photos are very helpful, as is reporting a specific address instead of entire blocks or entire streets, it is difficult to report back our findings as some addresses may be cleared, others may not have been. We appreciate your initiative in partnering with us – in every season – to keep our city one for all to enjoy.
