    The narrow bridge on Earhardt over US-23 has rather low side barriers. If a cyclist (with a higher center of gravity than a pedestrian) were to get clipped by a car, they could well end up going over onto US-23. Please put up some chain link fencing or other method to raise the height at the sides of the bridge!

    (weird, I only have two choices for this, "post to neighbors" being closest to relevant, over "Odor").

    Glazier Way Ann Arbor, Michigan - Ann Arbor
    I don't know if this is the right venue, but I'll give it a shot. I've been in a discussion/debate about the legality of something. If I'm driving eastbound to the end of Glazier Way at Earhart (Earhart is divided there) and there's no traffic to my left and I go halfway across, and my car's small and doesn't block either lane of Earhart, and wait for traffic which may be turning left in front of me (and going to my left/their right onto Glazier Way), but my car is not sticking out into their lane ... is that legal, or have I committed a traffic offense? I can't find any good reference in Michigan traffic code to such a situation one way or the other.

    In the Huron Parkway median, a few hundred yards south of Hubbard, visible only from driving southbound, is a cardboard box full of what appear to be cables or something that I think was abandoned by some network installers a few weeks ago (it's been there a while). I'd pick it up but too much traffic there to stop, a truck with flashing bars or able to go up off the road onto the verge is needed to quickly pick it up. Red marker is my best guess but it might be a little south of it. It's pretty visible driving south.

    Please consider opening at least one golf course or similar for X-C skiing. Just as the snow comes, all the good City places for X-C skiing are closed from 3pm on 7 days a week. Could you consider giving us *one* place, perhaps Huron Hills, to ski in?
