Description

Mercedes C32, license 6WVV947, had foam around edges, now largely removed. Registration expired last month. Has six unpaid parking citations totaling more than $1,200. Most recent citation at another location was written May 2022.
Tarp-covered vehicle also had or has foam, per slight bit visible on other side.
In addition to parking violations, also qualifies as blight and illegal vehicle repair on the street.
Vehicles have not moved since some time prior to April 12, 2023.
