We placed additional asphalt on Shelton to build up the super elevation of the two curves. The new super elevation will reduce spin-out accidents on those curves and will prevent water crossing the roadway from Waterhill Road. Public Works is rebuilding the shoulders of the roadway to eliminate the excessive drop off from the edge of pavement. Drainage pipe needs to be extended in a couple of locations to allow the proper shoulder build up. It is work in progress and needs to be done under traffic. Sorry for the inconvenience.
