Descrizione

Vehicle was illegally parked in the same spot on 3rd ST NE for almost a month before finally getting ticketed for ROSA. After getting ticketed, he just moved right around the block to his current position, where's he's been for a week. This is the worst abuse of a "visitor's permit" I've ever seen. Vehicle needs to be towed.
