  18-2-206. - PARKING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

  (a)
  Application. This section applies to residential zones as provided in the county zoning regulations.
  (b)
  Exception. This section does not apply to the following vehicles even if they are used for commercial purposes:
  (1)
  Private passenger type vehicles, including automobiles, minivans, passenger vans, stationwagons, and sport utility vehicles;
  (2)
  Pickup trucks; and
  (3)
  Panel-body delivery trucks having not more than three-quarters of a ton manufacturer's rating capacity.
  (c)
  Prohibition. A person may not park or stand a commercial vehicle on any public road, street, or way within a residential zone in the county, unless parking or standing the commercial vehicle is essential to the immediate use then being made of the commercial vehicle.

  Truck is listed as 3/4 ton on side of truck. So it prohibited from parking in residential neighborhoods according to section 3 of the law.

  Also has listed US DOT 3746932 on side of the truck meaning it is a commercial truck. Cannot park in residential neighborhood. Needs to be cited according to the law.

  So truck has US DOT and (Gross vehicle weight)GVW 12,300 listed on the truck so it cannot be parked in residential neighborhood according to the law 18-2-206 section 3.
