We attempted to call the non-emergency number SEVERAL times without an answer. The Challenger did three donuts and then sped off. This is becoming a regular occurrence at our intersections: Tuscullum and Colemont, Colemont and Coleridge, Colemont and Keeley. This is ridiculous!!
