dirt pipe left by Publix works crew. This has been here for a while now unused. They may have forgotten about as their work has moved elsewhere. They were using it to backfill after doing fire hydrant and pipe repairs in the area. It looks like they are finished in this neighborhood, but forgot to come back and remove this.
