Agreed and some cars park the wrong direction too close to the stop sign. It’s difficult to exit and enter. Signage to not park that close to corner is needed.

Good Afternoon. Per request, here are pictures of three separate instances of cars parking close to the curb and blocking the view when looking left as you are pulling out from Luckpenny Pl onto Phelps Luck Drive.

Yes i do. Will post them in the comments. Also on Sunday 10/8/23 i saw it again.

The silver Honda with license plate ending in 24 was taken on 09/24/23.

Silver Mercedes was taken on 04/08/23.

The silver nissan was 02/26/23.

We've seen other times in between those dates as well, just didn't have our phones handy. And we started taking pictures after we had noticed it was a problem for a while.

The last picture of a silver car i posted (no identifying logo on the front) was taken 10/23/22.
