As of 01/04/14 this property still remains in same condition, the property owners have not done anything to resolve this issue and there is now a dead animal smell coming from said property.

As of 2/09/15 this issue still has not been resolved , the homeowner has had ample time to take care of this . There is still a tick problem, standing water, and excessive overgrown yard. Please take care of this as its becoming unbearable for the neighbors
