A couple of lighted hazard warning saw horses over the area would help, while waiting for a new lid. A car tire could easily go in the hole.

It's been 7 weeks since I reported this. Nothing has been done! Not even warning cones or a lighted sawhorse. There is no excuse for the lack of "due diligence" to prevent a lawsuit. I am no lawyer but have to think it'd be an easy case if someone walked into the hole at night.

SPTO Supervisor acknowledges this issue and will be assigning the appropriate crew to review and complete work if required.
