Albany, NY assigned this issue to Department of General Services

The plow driver who clears the parking lot and sidewalk on the Jefferson side for the apartment building at 390 Madison continues to pile snow on the sidewalks of 189, 191, and 199 Jefferson Street. Sidewalk at 189 was completely clear this morning and then blocked with a plow pile during the day.

Update: different plow guy today for 390 Madison lot but similar approach. This one put the pile in the street and then hit it at high speed to disperse it. Incredible.
