FYI: Package theft of Jefferson. I don't expect anything to happen, just keep an eye out. And don't use FedEx because they refuse to put anything in the vestibule, they just chuck packages from the sidewalk.

Insufficient notice for no parking

A lot of emergency no parking signs still left up a week after the fact, on both Jefferson and Dove. People have to pay to put these up so can you fine them for not taking them down?

Recycling picked up 8 hours early? DGS came around to pick up recycling at 7 p.m. Monday. They usually come between 4 a.m. and 10 a.m. Tuesday. I had to go running out to meet truck. also, I handed my been to the guy and he smashed it on the bumper of the truck, so now I have to get another freaking bin. Can just something in this city please work reliably and as expected?

Multiple houses on this block with multiple yard waste bags that have not been picked up on two consecutive garbage days. They are getting destroyed by the rain.

There have been a lot of cars going the wrong way on Dove Street since the Beaver Creek project began. Please look into signage and traffic issues around the construction area, and where Dove intersects with Park and Myrtle.

This area just before Dove Street continues to sink. It has been filled like a pothole a few times already. Now the curb is sinking, too.

This happens every fall with daylight savings. The streetlights on Madison between the musum road and South Swan do not come on when it gets dark.

there is a wire that is somewhat detached and hanging four feet above the sidewalk on Elm Street.

Lots of trash amassing in the driveway of 117 Dove, accessible from Jefferson. Some of this has been here for months.

This is a request for the coming snow emergency: This street (and many others in the city of Albany) only has parking on one side. The street has been plowed pretty well but on the clear side all of the snow has been plowed up onto the sidewalk - which many of us have been shoveling clear each time the plows come through.

This means that very little of it will actually be removed during snow removal and we will have three foot banks on the curb for when we do have to park there. I'd like the city to be mindful of actually removing the bulk of this snow and not just relocating it to the sidewalk.

There is a missing piece of sidewalk that makes for a muddy, icy, messy patch. Across from 140 Jefferson, in front of an empty lot where 145 would have been.

Large pothole

A lot of Styrofoam and other packing material all over the sidewalk and Street. Nothing is bagged or tied up, it's just blowing around.

The curb cut at the crosswalk on the southwest corner of Madison and Swan is completely blocked and plowed in (to cross Madison, but probably also to cross Swan). While climbing over it this morning I had to jump/big step down onto Madison and I face-planted in the crosswalk. Ruined my pants, skinned my knee, and hobbled into work covered in slush. Great start to the week.

The plow driver who cleared the lot behind 390 Madison left an enormous pile of snow on the sidewalk on Jefferson Street. I know there's still time to clear this but I doubt he's coming back and it will only solidify into an impenetrable iceberg in the next 24 hours.
