1/24/22 Spoke with the owner, still resolving this case in court, awaiting continuance.

Ok. Thanks. The residents have now completely wrapped their chain link fence with green fabric. I think another user of this app reported it because they said they couldn’t turn on to Arnold Street due to lack of visibility. Also I filed a separate complaint because the residents have painted the blue cover of their recycling bin gray to use as a trash bin.
