“Service Request number W017603-110811 has been closed/completed for the trash accumulation."
Made a site visit, trash was still present in the alley, no contractor on site, called listed contact on permit Steve Lee and directed him to take care of the trash accumilation in the alley. Steve said "He will call and direct the contractors to haul all trash away ASAP". Steve was told further incidence will result in fines.
