Inspected 12/7/22, have been actively enforcing the on going trash problems at this property with the owner. Was able to have a conversation with the tenant today. I will continue to monitor this property.

12/9/22, spoke with the owner regarding the trash problems that have been on going at this property, I expect a big improvement but will continue to monitor this property.
