Pinellas County Public Works - Watershed assigned this issue to City of St. Pete

This is not in the City limits of St Petersburg.

Unincorporated St. Petersburg in Pinellas county but it isn’t anyones responsibility besides the owners in the neighborhood? Any alternate resources to provides besides a response of not ours?

What about potential code violations for potential environmental impacts?

Can’t close no option to do so. Any ideas?
